The trust sheet.

One page, and the same one that leads every proposal we send. It is what we promise about your data, and where each promise is actually enforced.

ON THE INSTALLED PLAN YOUR FILES STAY ON A SERVER OF YOUR OWN THAT WE RENT TO YOU. THE OFFICE IS AN AI ASSISTANT AND SAYS SO. YOU CAN STOP IT WITH ONE COMMAND AND READ EVERYTHING IT DID.

What we put in writing before you sign anything.

Where your files sit

Installed, your files stay on a server of your own that we rent to you and the agent reads them there. Hosted, they sit in a space of their own on our own servers in the United States.

Who can reach it

Two people run Dayvu, and nobody else holds access to your office.

Every action is written down

The office writes what it did to a log that cannot be edited or deleted, and you can read that log in your portal. Access by either of us is recorded with what was done and when.

The kill switch

One command stops your office. The agent stops taking work, and your register is sent to you.

Deletion on request

Ask us, and what we hold is deleted within 30 days, apart from the billing records we are required to keep.

It tells you it is an AI

The office is an AI assistant. It does not claim to be a person, it says what it is when you ask, and anything it drafts stays marked as a draft until you send it.

The honest half of the sheet.

Certifications

We hold none.

No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HITRUST audit, and no report to send you. If a form asks, we answer it in writing, including the answers that are no.

Health information

Not a HIPAA business associate.

We do not sign a business associate agreement today. If your records carry health information, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Your data

Sold or trained on: no.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not train a model on it.

The ceiling

$300 installed, $100 hosted.

Thinking is included up to your ceiling, and the office stops there. We lift it for that month only after you agree in writing to pay the extra.

Each promise has a mechanism behind it.

Every model request passes through our own gateway under our account, and the ceiling is counted there. The ceiling is a hard stop. The log is in the trust and data page; the written terms are in the agreement, with the long version on trust.

This sheet is one page on purpose. Print it, or ask us for the PDF, and it goes at the front of the proposal so nothing about your data is buried in the middle of a document.
