Dayvu puts AI employees to work in one-owner businesses, set up around what you already do by hand: paperwork typed in, sheets rebuilt, the chasing done.
Nothing goes out under your name until you have read it. Your rules decide what it drafts alone and what waits for you. It runs on a server we rent and run for you on the installed card, or on our own servers on the hosted card — never inside somebody else's platform, so no vendor's change of terms can switch your office off. 78% of small business owners say they do not trust AI with basic tasks without close oversight (Bluevine, April 2026).
FREE PORTAL TRIAL: FOURTEEN DAYS, NO CARD · START IT YOURSELF IN TWO FIELDS · THEN $599 A MONTH INSTALLED, PLUS $599 TO SET UP, OR $199 A MONTH HOSTED · RUN BY US, NOT BY YOU · THE FIRST JOB RUNNING IN ABOUT A WEEK · MONTH TO MONTH · FLAT, WITH THE THINKING INCLUDED, NOT BILLED PER ACTION OR PER CALL · EVERY JOB LOGGED IN YOUR PORTAL
Read 26 invoices, receipts and delivery notes into the cost sheet.
Pulled last week's numbers out of the supplier portal: three branches, one tab.
Dish soap is up 18% on last month's cost sheet.
The insurance policy in the filing pile renews in six weeks.
AN ILLUSTRATION OF THE SHAPE OF A WEEK, NOT A CLIENT'S LOG.
Your business name and your email, and the sign-in link lands in your inbox. It works your own paperwork for fourteen days: no setup fee, no monthly, no card, and nobody calls you first.
It starts in two fields and the link arrives in seconds. Then you watch it work on your phone: the thread, the invoice list and the documents.
No card, no setup fee, no monthly, and nothing charged either way. Stop before the fourteen days are up.
It is not an installed office, and not either card below. The clock starts the first time you sign in, not when you ask.
Starting the trial means you have read the trial sheet.

Five seats are included in that number: you, your office manager, your bookkeeper, your partner. The vendors on our comparison page charge per user; ours does not move with your headcount.
The owner adds those seats from the Team tab in the portal — no email to us and no per-seat invoice; the founding login cannot be removed, and anything past five goes through support.
Ten hours of admin a week is about $1,220 a month at the Twin Cities average for a bookkeeping clerk ($28.24 an hour, Minnesota OES, Seven County Mpls-St Paul, first quarter 2026). The installed office is $599 a month. Give back six of those ten hours and it has paid for itself.
Over 1,000 apps are reachable through the connection layer behind your office. The ones a job needs are picked on the call.
We build for the owner with a small crew, too small for an office manager. The admin lands on the person quoting jobs and serving customers, and the follow-ups go late.
Dayvu clears it: we learn your business, then run the office around the jobs you hand over.
One job, running on its own. Delivery invoices read into your cost sheet weekly, with a line on what moved in price. Or every open quote, chased until it books or says no. Then hand over the next.
Invoices, receipts, delivery notes, order forms, scans, handwritten lists: clean rows in your existing sheet, totals checked, odd items flagged.
Cost sheets, job logs, rosters, stock counts: kept current on a schedule, with formulas and charts.
Prices, stock, competitors, tenders, leads, reviews, published hours: checked on your schedule, and you hear when something changes.
Numbers from your POS, supplier portal, spreadsheet or inbox, using exports your systems already produce, in one monthly shape.
The monthly pack: what came in, what it cost, what changed, as a PDF, sheet or short email on the same day each month.
Contracts, specifications, policies, supplier terms, recordings: short answers, with dates and obligations pulled out.
One call, in plain words. What you do by hand, where the numbers live, which systems you log into, what a good result looks like, what we must not touch. This is the only part that needs your time.
Inside 48 hours: the jobs, connections, rules, escalations and install date. You approve the plan before anything is installed.
The agent is configured around your jobs and connected to your systems. Rules and escalations are written down, then each job is corrected before live work.
Over a call and a screenshare, $599 once, and we walk you through it. Hosted instead, there is no setup fee: you start blank on our servers and build it yourself in the portal. The first job runs on your paperwork, and the restart test proves it returns by itself.
Once a month we read how it performed, take your feedback and improve the jobs and rules.
The office comes with a portal: one page in the browser you already use. It holds the invoices the office raises, the bills that arrive by email, the thread with your agent and every file it produced. On your phone and the office computer.
A real portal workspace with example work in it. There is nothing to type and nothing to install: it is a demonstration rather than a customer's workspace.
A link sent to your own address: no password to invent or forget. Changed phones? Ask for another.
The thread is where the work happens: ask what it did with last week's delivery notes, or hold the quote follow-ups until Friday. It answers from your own register.
What you billed and what came in, in one list. Ask in the thread and the invoice is raised here, numbered and dated, with what is still owed in front of you. A payment is recorded against it, with the receipt attached.
A bill that arrives by email is read and filed into the same list, checked every ten minutes: vendor, number, amount, due date, with the document attached to the row.
The sheets, the reports and the documents it read sit beside the thread, not in an inbox. Send in a photographed receipt or a handwritten list and the office takes it.
When a step needs your say-so, a card appears in the thread with one button per answer. Every decision is recorded.
The portal comes with the office. There from the first week, covered by the monthly.
Two minutes now. Your one-page summary is on screen when you send it: the three chores eating the most time, what they cost you now, what we would take off first.

The trial is a portal tenant on our servers. Enter two fields and the sign-in link arrives in seconds, and it works the paperwork you send in, free for fourteen days. The fourteen days start the first time you sign in, with no card and no setup fee. It is not an installed office, and what you buy afterwards is one of the two cards above.
It opens a real portal workspace with example work in it. No email needed, nothing to install: it is a demonstration, not a customer's portal.
No. The agent takes repeat work inside rules you set. Everything outside those rules comes to you, and nothing goes to a customer without your say-so.
The six jobs above, all of them running today. Where you already run a booking system, POS or CRM, we look at what it hands over (an export, a login, a report) and connect it. It is an operator for one job, not a chatbot.
No. You describe the work in plain words and we do the configuring. What you touch is one web page and your own email, and if you can order something online you have everything this asks.
A chat window answers when you ask and forgets you when you close it. This runs on a schedule whether or not you asked, inside your own files, sheets and logins rather than in a text box. It keeps a written record of how your business runs.
Anything outside its rules comes to you rather than being guessed at, and every correction goes back into the rules. Nothing goes out under your name until you have read it. Where the office itself is at fault, we fix our part and tell you in writing what happened and what we changed. The credit and any direct-cost cap sit in the client agreement you sign before the first payment.
Two things, and you only touch one. The office itself runs on a server we rent and run for you. What you use is the portal, a web page rather than an app, opening in the browser on your phone or the office computer. You sign in with a link emailed to your address, no password.
The monthly pays for the thinking it does, the rules that decide what waits for you, the support, plus the updates and the maintenance you never touch. If you stop, the office stops, and we hand you the register and everything it produced.
You can, and it is one email. The service stops at the end of the month you are in, with no minimum term and nothing to sit out, and we hand over the register and everything the office produced. We can end it if the fee goes unpaid for two months, and the office stops thinking at that point; your files and your register still come back to you. Nobody else can, because there is no third party in the middle: the office runs on a server we rent and run for you on the installed card, or on our own servers on the hosted card, and it is not a tenant inside somebody else's product.
You cancel and it stops at the end of the month. No minimum term, no notice period, nothing to sit out. The setup is charged once, up front, on the installed card, and the hosted card has no setup fee at all. Everything the office produced was already yours.
Your documents, your customers' details and your numbers stay yours, and are never sold. On the installed plan they sit on a server we rent and run for you; on the hosted plan, on our own servers. Both are backed up daily and reachable only by the two of us. What a job has to read goes to the model provider to be worked on. That is how any AI assistant works, and the sheet you sign at setup says exactly what leaves. Anything you have given us is deleted on request. Your portal is served over HTTPS and carries no ad scripts and no tracking pixels. The detail, including where your files sit, is on the trust and data page.
It changes our settings, not your office. Model work goes out through our own gateway, which points a job at whichever model provider we choose, so if one changes its terms, its price or its mind, we point the work at another one and the office keeps running. The office is not a tenant inside anybody's product, so there is no vendor above us who can retire it the way a vendor retires a feature. When we change our own terms, you get at least 30 days' written notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
