You are putting real business material into a hosted Dayvu office before a client agreement has been signed. This is the plain-English ground the trial runs under.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU START · VERSION TS-2026-09-23-V1
The trial is fourteen days for one business. It is free: there is no card, no setup fee and no monthly charge. You start it with two fields — your business name and your email address — and the sign-in link goes to that address. The fourteen days start the first time you sign in, not when you ask for the link. Nothing auto-charges when the trial ends.
For the trial, the office runs on Dayvu's own servers. It is a hosted tenant with its own sign-in link; nothing is installed for you. This trial is not an installed office and is not either of the paid cards described on the front page.
You hand over your own business paperwork and files: the documents, spreadsheets, exports and other material you choose to upload into the trial office. The office works from what you give it. Your business data remains yours.
The office reads the material you put there and drafts work from it. Nothing goes out under your business's name on its own: you read and send anything the office drafts. A person at Dayvu can see the trial tenant. The trial is fenced so its office cannot read another client's material; each client's register and portal work sits in a space of its own.
The trial is metered and stops at a $15 model-usage ceiling. That is a bound, not a measurement. The ceiling is written in the Dayvu business plan dated 19 September 2026, section 9.1, and the live gateway meters trial tenants through the separate trial budget. If that trial budget is missing or exhausted, the gateway refuses the work rather than silently using the shared budget.
When the fourteen days end, the trial office stops. The paperwork and files you supplied, and what the office produced for you, are yours. Ask Dayvu for the register and the office's work in writing if you want them back, or email us if you want to discuss taking the work further. There is no obligation to continue and no automatic charge.
Dayvu does not promise uptime for the trial, and does not promise that a draft is correct. The published client agreement puts direct costs caused by a fault of ours under a ceiling of the fee for the month the fault happened: $199 for the hosted card. The trial is free, so no fee is paid and that ceiling means $0 for the trial. The agreement's exceptions remain in the agreement; this sheet does not change that separate document.
Email dayvusupport at gmail dot com. The support email is answered around the clock. The site publishes a written 24-hour callback promise for the $599 card; the trial sheet promises the support email's around-the-clock answer, not that paid-card callback promise.
Written 23 September 2026 · version TS-2026-09-23-v1. This sheet is what a Dayvu trial runs under. No agreement has been signed. The client agreement at /agreement is a separate document; it is published, but it has not been signed by anyone.
