Charged for every conversation the agent handles, and again for each user who needs the add-on. A thousand conversations in a month is about $2,000 before the seats.
An outcome is a conversation it resolves. Fifty outcomes a month is the minimum on the standalone plan. It answers support questions well, and it does not quote your jobs or chase your invoices.
The license covers building the agent and the work is metered in credits after that. Microsoft 365 Copilot sits beside it from $30 a user a month.

Each seat carries a pool of credits, and one large job can use a month's pool in a single go. The price follows your headcount.

Two things this page does not say. It does not say those products are bad: each is good at the job it was built for, and a chat assistant your own people operate is a real thing to buy. It does not say we are the cheaper line every time, because at 300 conversations ChatGPT Business is cheaper on sticker price. What you are buying from us is one flat number for one business, the work included up to a ceiling, one person keeping the office running, and the office installed on a server of your own.
