Talk to the people who do the work.

Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it is answered around the clock: a reply in about a minute, at two in the morning or on a holiday just the same. There is no queue and no call centre behind it. Anything that needs a decision from one of us, or a hand on the work itself, waits on our desk with the context attached.

The form on the front page is the fastest way to get the summary, because it asks the four things we need. Email works just as well if you would rather write it your own way, and it is the address to use for anything else: a question, a change to your plan, or a correction you want made. It is answered around the clock, so the hour you write at does not change anything.

If you write to us

What to put in the first email.

None of this is required. It is the difference between a summary that names your actual chores and one that could have been written for anyone.

  • What the business is. A pizzeria, a plumbing crew, a salon, a clinic office: it changes which jobs we would take off you first.
  • The three chores eating the most time. In your own words. The weekly ones count double, because those are the ones that compound.
  • Roughly how big it is. Invoices a month, people on the crew, how long the admin takes you each week. That tells us whether the flat price fits before we get on a call.
  • What you already use. The POS, the spreadsheet, the job software, the booking system, the inbox your paperwork lands in. If it can export, it usually qualifies.
  • What you have tried. A bookkeeper, a nephew with a spreadsheet, an app you stopped opening. It saves us recommending the thing that already failed for you.

A phone number is optional. Say the word and we will ring you at a time you name, but we do not ring anyone who has not asked.

If you are already a client

The portal is the fast lane.

Your log, your files and your agent live there, and the agent answers from your own register at three in the morning if that is when the question arrives.

Anything the agent is not sure about, and anything that needs a human decision, lands on our desk with the context attached. That is waiting for us in the morning rather than lost in a queue. If something looks wrong with the work itself, email it to the address above with the word wrong in the subject line and it goes to the top of the pile: we fix it within one business day, tell you in writing what happened, and credit the month. The full promise is in the terms.

Before you write

What we will not do with your message.

We ring you only when you ask. Nobody here works a dialler, and nobody follows up a quote with a phone call.

Your details stay with us. They do not go on a list, get sold, or get handed to anyone else. The privacy page says exactly what we keep and for how long.

When it is not a fit, we say so. If your paperwork is already handled, or the work is genuinely too small to pay for itself, you will hear that in plain words and we will point you at someone better suited.

Get started

Two minutes now, and a summary of your week in two days.

Tell us the three chores eating your time and we will send back a one-page summary of your week: what we would take off first, what it would give back, and an honest no if it would not.
